1. PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS AND OTHER SERVICES
1.1 Within a maximum of forty eight (48) hours, Colares de Água, Lda. Will send an email to the Customer confirming the purchase. This email will refer to your purchase and provide detailed description of your Product or Service. It will also be containing information about the price, delivery time and respective Shipping cost and Shipping information (if any), regarding the different payment methods of the Products or Services to Colares de Água, Lda.
1.2 Customers who purchase Products or Services through the Online Store should exclusively use the payment options described in detail in the Online Store.
1.3 Colares de Água, Lda. Will gather all documentation regarding the purchase and formalize a contract, which will be sent to the customer after the purchase. The Contract will be written in Portuguese.
1.4 The purchase confirmation sent by Colares de Água, Lda. Is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. Colares de Água, Lda. Will send the invoice along with the Product(s) or the provision of the service(s).
2.1 The customer has the right to return any Product unless it is customized, such as permanent marking forms, specific colors or fittings made at Customer's request, etc.
According to Decree-Law nº24/2014 of 14 February, in respect of distant contracts, the customer has the right to freely resolve a new contract, without indicating a reason, within a period of 14 days from the day of the order.

The customer must ship the Product(s) properly Packaged and assume the cost of shipping. Customer must keep the shipping document. Colares de Água, Lda. Withholds full responsibility for the loss or damage that may occur during the transportation of the Product (s) returned on behalf of the Customer.
2.2 The return implies the refund of the amount paid by the Customer, after deducting the amount of shipping costs from Colares de Água, Lda. In order to refund the amount due to the Customer, the Customer must indicate his Interbank NIB on the return form, so that Colares de Água, Lda can proceed with no additional cost the refund process. If the customer understands that the amount due should be repaid by other means, if possible, Colares de Água, Lda will do so. However, it shall deduct from the refund due the amount of the cost arising from such means of refund. The maximum refund period will be ten (10) business days after receipt of the return order.
2.3 Colares de Água, Lda, does not accept returns that are not prepared in the original packaging; when the Product(s) is not in its original state of preservation or when it is a Custom Product.
2.4 The right of return may not be exercised when the Product(s) at Customer's request has been customized, such as permanent marking forms, colors, specific fittings, etc. In these cases, Colares de Água, Lda, accepts the return only if there is an error on our part or if there is a production defect. However, in these cases the return must have the consent of Colares de Água, Lda.

4. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
4.1 The delivery service by Colares de Água, Lda. Is performed by logistics partners of recognized competence. Orders that are destined for non-permanent addresses such as: P.O Boxes, tourist resorts or others are not accepted.

4.3 The cost of shipping is not included in the Product prices. At the time of purchase, the Customer will be informed of the exact shipping cost.
5.1 Exchanges must be made for an equal or greater amount and within 30 days with the respective purchase receipt.
5.2 Exchanges of products that show signs of use or misuse will not be accepted.
5.3 Exchanges of personalized items by the consumer will not be accepted.
